I totally agree about the film's strengths - it's a refreshing take on an oft retold theme and a deeply poignant film without being trite. Certainly the best pregnancy movie I've ever seen. Well, if you don't count À l'intérieur, but best not go there unless you've a strong stomach. Great post! His recommendation even convinced my friend and me to see it tonight for ourselves. The only downside: Wallingford is too lame to show this so we have to brave the highway to North Haven :( Hopefully it will be worth it; we'll report back with our thoughts & insights about the movie.
